My name is Karen Nehrenz. I grew up as a competitive athlete with a strong value for good health. I became a Certified (WITS) Personal Trainer because I was inspired to motivate and educate people to improve their lives through exercise and a healthy diet. I completed an in depth fitness and nutritional program through COSE Wellness Tracks. I’m an avid runner and attend continued education course to keep up on the latest fitness trends.
