Crossley Fitness has a Kids Club area that is managed by our certified caregivers. Let us take care of your kids while you take care of achieving your fitness goals! Our caregivers are trained to care for kids aged 2 months to ten years old.
Kids Club Hours:
Mon-Sat: 9am-12pm
Mon-Thurs: 5pm - 8pm

Our delicious protein smoothie bar offers a variety of flavorful, healthy options to keep you on track with your nutrition goals! All of our smoothies are low to zero sugar and under 225 calories with 25 grams of protein! We are also stocked with protein bars for a quick, healthy snack and energy drinks.
